To place an order, take the following steps:

- Select a product by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button,

- then from the cart view, click the "CHECKOUT" button,

- provide personal information, select a delivery and payment method, and approve the "terms of service"??

- confirm and complete the payment.

- Pocztex 48 / DPD Courier (within Poland)

- Regular Air Mail via local Post Service,

- DPD (EU Order) / Global Express (overseas orders).

If your order can not be completed due to unavailability of the product in the warehouse or damage to any of the ordered products,
we will contact you via e-mail in order to offer a different product or a refund.

If you wish to CANCEL your order you can do so by notifying us via e-mail menimaxvx@gmail.com within 10 days of placing your order.
If your order has already dispatched you have to return the product within 14 days of receiving it
and you will get a refund.
You must bear all direct return costs.

You can EXCHANGE the product for a different one by notifying us via e-mail at menimaxvx@gmail.com.
All direct costs of returning the product and re-shipping a new one shall be borne by you.
